All-Star cheerleading teams are usually made up of 8-40 athletes. The coaches create a competition routine performed by the group that has elements of tumbling, stunting, jumping, dance, and other skills set to music. The routines are typically 2 1/2 minutes in length. At competitions, the teams are divided by age and ability level. The routines are judged by their level of difficulty, precision, creativity, and entertainment value.

MINI REBELS SHOW TEAM
Who: Ages 4–7
Start Date: August
Practice: Once a week | Thursdays | 5pm-6:30pm
Tuition: $180/month
Includes: 3 local competitions
No experience needed—just BIG energy and a love for cheer!
