Court Rentals

AmeriSports court rentals may be used for recreational play, small private lessons, approved team practices, and other approved activities. All rentals are subject to court availability, facility needs, safety requirements, and AmeriSports management approval.

The person who books and pays for the court is considered the renter of record. The renter must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all participants and guests connected to the rental, including supervision, conduct, safety, cleanup, damages, and following AmeriSports policies.

Yes. The renter of record must be present during the rental unless AmeriSports management has approved otherwise.

Participant limits depend on the type of rental. Private lessons are limited to one coach or instructor and up to three players. Team practices and recreational rentals are generally limited to 10 total people, including players, coaches, organizers, and other active participants, unless approved in advance by AmeriSports management.

Yes. Private lessons are allowed for basketball or volleyball when they stay within the approved participant limits. Private lessons may not be marketed publicly, posted online for open registration, operated as a recurring paid program, or used as a clinic, camp, tryout, or outside business offering without prior written approval from AmeriSports management.

No. Pickleball rentals are recreational only unless approved in writing by AmeriSports management. Private pickleball lessons or paid pickleball instruction are not allowed through standard court rentals.

Yes. Teams currently participating in an AmeriSports league program may rent courts for team practice. Teams not currently participating in an AmeriSports league program must receive AmeriSports management approval before renting for practice.

Standard court rentals may not be used for camps, clinics, club tryouts, open registration training sessions, recruiting events, or revenue-producing programs marketed to the public unless approved in writing by AmeriSports management.

Court rentals may not be used to recruit AmeriSports players, promote outside teams, advertise private services, distribute marketing materials, collect contact information, or redirect athletes into outside programs.

Standard public court rentals are available on a rolling 14-day booking window unless otherwise approved by AmeriSports management.

Court rentals must be booked and paid for at the time of reservation unless otherwise approved by AmeriSports management.

Rental rates may vary based on court type, day, time, prime or non-prime period, sport, event schedule, or management approval. Current rates may be listed on the AmeriSports website, booking system, posted rate sheet, or other approved communication.

Rentals must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time to be eligible for a refund or credit. No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental time unless approved by AmeriSports management.

AmeriSports may cancel, relocate, or adjust rentals due to tournaments, facility needs, court availability, weather-related issues, safety concerns, staffing limitations, maintenance, or other operational needs. If AmeriSports cancels a rental, the renter will receive a refund or credit.

Yes. All renters and participants must check in when they arrive. Participants may also be required to wear an armband or other approved court access identification.

Yes. All participants must have a valid AmeriSports waiver on file before participating.

Yes, but minors must be supervised by the renter, coach, parent, or responsible adult during the rental.

Yes. Rental time includes setup, warm-up, play, cleanup, and exit time. Late arrival does not extend the rental time, and renters must leave the court at the scheduled end time unless additional time is approved and paid for. AmeriSports will make every effort to allow the full 60 minutes of court time for all rentals as long as there is no required setup.

AmeriSports provides the facility setup, including basketball goals, volleyball nets, and pickleball nets when applicable. Renters should bring their own balls and personal equipment. Equipment rental options may be available at the front desk for an additional hourly fee.

Renters must bring their own appropriate balls and equipment, but any non-standard equipment or activity must be approved by AmeriSports management. Equipment must be safe, appropriate for the court surface, and may not damage the facility. Equipment may be available for rental if needed and available.

No. Renters must follow all AmeriSports facility rules, including rules related to food, drinks, footwear, court usage, equipment, conduct, and facility access.

Yes, however, court rental access is limited to the assigned court and approved common areas. Spectators, parents, and guests may be subject to AmeriSports admission policies during tournaments, events, or designated times.

Violation of the court rental policy may result in cancellation of the rental, loss of rental privileges, removal from the facility, additional charges, and/or denial of future rentals. AmeriSports reserves the right to deny, cancel, restrict, or approve rentals at its discretion.

Please contact AmeriSports before booking if your rental involves a team practice, training group, non-standard activity, larger group, recurring use, cheer, tumbling, dance, fitness, or anything outside normal recreational play or approved private lessons.
