Elite Team Tryouts – 5th & 6th Grade Boys

We’re currently looking to fill 2–3 final roster spots on our 5th and 6th grade boys AmeriSports Elite Basketball team. If your athlete is ready to compete at a higher level and grow in a competitive, development-focused environment, we’d love to see them at one of our upcoming practices.
Trial opportunities are available during our regular team practices:
Tuesdays from 7:00–9:00 PM
Sundays from 6:00–8:00 PM

Owen played high school basketball at Archbishop Shaw High School, in Marrero, Louisiana, where they won the State Championship. He went on to play college basketball at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), in Savannah, Georgia. After college, Owen joined the Marine Crops and played for the All Marine team.
His focus as a coach is to teach fundamentals, discipline, teamwork, and smart basketball. He strives to help his players understand the rules of the game, while having fun.
