15U White Regional Coaches

    Head Coach: Sarah Floyd

Sarah Floyd brings experience, consistency, and heart to the volleyball court with four years of coaching experience. She is passionate about using the game of volleyball as a way to build strong, meaningful relationships with her athletes while helping them grow both as players and as people.

Sarah especially enjoys teaching swing and approach technique, focusing on strong fundamentals that translate into confidence and long-term success. Her coaching philosophy is simple yet powerful: consistency on and off the court builds success. She believes the habits athletes develop through volleyball shape who they become beyond the game.

One of Sarah’s proudest coaching moments is watching her seniors graduate and go on to fulfill their dreams after years of hard work and dedication. Her faith plays an important role in her life and leadership, guided by the verse: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.”

Fun fact: Sarah has led workshops for many years—and that’s where she met her fiancé.

    Assistant Coach: Coach Olivia

Olivia Johnson brings passion, energy, and heart to everything she does on the volleyball court. With two years of coaching experience, Olivia loves building meaningful connections with her athletes while helping them sharpen their skills day by day. For her, coaching is about much more than volleyball—it’s about watching players grow into confident, respectful, and empowered young women.

A self-proclaimed defensive specialist, defense is her game, and she thrives on teaching athletes the grit, focus, and resilience it takes to excel on the court. Olivia’s coaching philosophy centers on developing strong character alongside strong skills, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and values that extend far beyond volleyball.

One of Olivia’s proudest coaching moments was leading two months of small-group clinics for a private school, where she witnessed remarkable growth as athletes transformed into more confident and skilled players in a short amount of time.

Fun fact: Olivia has four older sisters—and yes, she says it’s always a party!
