12U Red Regional Coaches
-

Head Coach: Coach Cameron
-

Assistant Coach: Coach Durst
Kaleigh Durst brings energy, dedication, and a player-first mindset to the court with one year of coaching experience. She finds the greatest joy in coaching by watching her athletes grow and gain confidence throughout the season, both in their skills and in themselves.
As a former libero, Kaleigh is especially passionate about teaching defense, with a strong emphasis on fundamentals and proper technique. She loves helping athletes master the basics, knowing that a solid defensive foundation builds confidence and success across all areas of the game. Her coaching philosophy is simple and powerful: never give up.
One of Kaleigh’s proudest coaching moments was seeing an athlete who struggled to serve overhand at the start of the season develop the skill and confidence to serve overhand consistently by the end.
Fun fact: Kaleigh played college volleyball, bringing firsthand competitive experience into her coaching.
