11U Navy National Coaches

Head Coach: Coach Younger
Maggie Younger brings a remarkable depth of experience and passion to the volleyball court with 28 years of coaching experience. She values coaching most for the relationships it builds and for the opportunity to push athletes beyond their own perceived limitations, helping them discover confidence they didn’t know they had.
Maggie’s favorite skill to teach is attacking, believing it is the skill that finishes the vast majority of rallies and empowers athletes to play decisively and confidently. Her coaching philosophy is centered on growth and purpose: to build strong, confident young women through the sport they love.
Guided by her personal phrase, “Do everything you do for the glory of the Lord,” Maggie leads with faith, intention, and heart. One of her proudest coaching moments has been coaching her own daughters, making her impact both personal and deeply meaningful.
Fun fact: Maggie loves to work outdoors, bringing that same energy and work ethic to the court.
